VP of Components

Brandon Davis, Vice President of Components, joined Dexter in January 2024 in his current role. Mr. Davis is responsible for the operations teams in Dexter’s components manufacturing facilities located in Albion, Indiana. With a distinguished 25-year career leading plants and corporations through significant transformational changes, Mr. Davis, a U.S. Army veteran, has held various senior leadership roles in the steel, oil and gas, wire and cable, and foam extrusion industries. Most notably, Mr. Davis has undertaken diverse roles, ranging from distressed-facility turnaround as Plant Manager to serving as a Business Unit President. In recognition of his efforts, Mr. Davis has earned multiple awards in both industry and community service, culminating in being recognized as an Industry Week Best Plants winner in 2022. Mr. Davis holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. in Global Business Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
