Dexter® Axle Company grants a revocable non-exclusive, royalty-free right to utilize certain Dexter logos, images including photographs, and text, as well as any certain trademarks (collectively the “Materials”) for the sole purpose for use in literature, promotional items, and/or advertising (printed, electronic or telecommunication) to promote a company’s product in conjunction with the products of Dexter. Dexter may terminate this agreement and withdraw all authorizations at any time and in its sole discretion and at no cost to Dexter. Use of the Materials shall cease immediately upon receipt of written notice from Dexter. The Materials remain the exclusive property of Dexter and may not be altered in any way without prior notice and written approval of Dexter. The Materials are subject to change without notice. Dexter requests the following phrase to be included in any catalogs or literature: “Portions of this catalog [flyer, etc] are copyrighted by Dexter and were used with the expressed authority of Dexter, but Dexter is not responsible for the accuracy of the information contained herein.” Ownership and registration marking (® or ™) of a Dexter registered trademark shall be properly attributed on the page where the Dexter trademark appears.
