VP of Human Resources

Roger Parker, VP of Human Resources, joined Dexter in his current role in 2023. Mr. Parker is responsible for all aspects of human resources including organizational strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with Dexter's values and objectives. Bringing more than 17 years of expertise in diverse HR leadership positions, Mr. Parker has served as the Global Head of HR for Technology, R&D, and Sustainability at Eastman Chemical, Senior HR Business Partner for Marketing at Phillips 66, and HR Site Service Leader for Texas Operations at The Dow Chemical Company. Under his guidance, the HR team continues to implement innovative approaches to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent, further solidifying Dexter's position as a leader in the industry. Mr. Parker has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a Master of Science in HR and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University’s John Chambers College of Business & Economics.
