Dexter is seeking Production/General Assembly team members who are hardworking and reliable for the following positions in our facility located in Fremont, Indiana:
Axle Assembly
- CNC Cell Operator
- Stamping Operator
- Machine Operator
- Stud Press Operator
- Shipping/Receiving
- Saw Operator
- Quality Inspector
- Quality Technician
- Maintenance Technician
- Welders
Shift availability may vary depending on the location and current staffing needs for certain jobs.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to perform daily work duties and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the essential knowledge, skill, ability and/or physical demands required. Additional or different requirements may exist depending on the role.
- Understand and execute all work in safe and responsible manner.
- Perform a variety of duties, including bench, floor, or conveyor assembly work involving standardized work elements.
- Work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
- Complete tasks within designated timeframes to meet production standards.
- Regularly report for work on time to support production needs and goals.
- Possess physical ability to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing/production job, including:
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Wear personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes.
- Work in a loud manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled
